Teamsters offer disaster relief assistance in Georgia
INDEPENDENCE, Ohio, February 14 ó The International Brotherhood of Teamsters has published two Disaster Relief Notices to assist members living in the state of Georgia.
The first Disaster Relief Notice (DR-4294) is for damage caused by severe storms, tornadoes and straight-line winds that damaged homes and property on January 2, 2017. DR-4294 only applies to members living in Dougherty County.

The second Disaster Relief Notice (DR-4297) is for damage caused by severe storms, tornadoes and straight-line winds that occurred January 21-22, 2017. DR-4297 applies to members living in the following counties: Berrien, Cook, Crisp, Dougherty, Thomas, Turner, Wilcox and Worth.

Be sure to include all requested documentation. The deadline for both Disaster Relief Notices is March 31, 2017.

To help increase awareness of this valuable benefit, members who live and work in the affected areas are asked to print and post these Disaster Relief Notices at their places of work. Previous notices are archived on the BLET National Divisionís website, www.ble-t.org/disaster
