Amtrak halting Virginia routes ahead of Biden’s inauguration

PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Amtrak is issuing a travel advisory in Washington D.C. ahead of the Presidential Inauguration. Amtrak will continue to operate service as scheduled, except for some services in Virginia.
