Initial planning starts for Chicago-Columbus passenger rail corridor, but Columbus not on board

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The plan to build a high-speed rail corridor connecting Columbus and Chicago took a small step forward yesterday, although Columbus’ level of involvement in the project is in question.
