Normal high-speed rail work rescheduled

NORMAL, Ill. The Illinois Department of Transportation and Union Pacific Railroad are overseeing the work, which is necessary for trains capable of going 110 mph to travel through Bloomington-Normal starting next year. It's paid for with federal high-speed-rail money.
