High-speed rail would cost Colorado $30 billion

DENVER, Colo. -- High-speed rail could shuttle millions of people from Pueblo to Fort Collins, as well as from Jefferson County to the Eagle County Airport. But the $30.1 billion needed to launch the system is well out of reach, at least for now.
