Five teams vie for opportunity to bid on second California high-speed rail contract

FRESNO, Calif. -- Five teams of contracting companies are vying to be deemed qualified to bid for a contract worth between $1.5 billion and $2 billion to design and build a 60-mile stretch of California's high-speed rail project south of Fresno.
