Teamsters expand Disaster Relief assistance in Texas

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio, September 1 ó The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has expanded the list of counties in Texas where it has declared a major disaster due to Hurricane Harvey, opening the way for the Teamsters to provide Disaster Relief assistance in additional areas.

The updated list of eligible counties is as follows: Aransas, Bee, Brazoria, Calhoun, Chambers, Colorado, Fayette, Fort Bend, Galveston, Goliad, Hardin, Harris, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Kleberg, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Newton, Nueces, Orange, Refugio, Sabine, San Jacinto, San Patricio, Victoria, Waller and Wharton. Updated Disaster Relief assistance forms are now on the BLET National Division website at the link below.
