Hotel reservation deadline is May 22 for BLET regional meeting in St. Louis

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio, May 1 — As a reminder, the deadline to make hotel reservations is May 22 for the BLET regional meeting at the Hilton at the Ballpark in St. Louis, Mo. The regional meeting will be held June 24-28, 2019, and the last day to register for the meeting is May 22.

Guests will stay at the Hilton at the Ballpark (1 South Broadway, St. Louis, Mo., phone (314) 421-1776). BLET meeting registration as well as hotel registration can be made through the BLET’s regional meeting website, http://bletregionals.org . If making reservations by telephone, you must mention the group code “BLE.”

After the May 2 deadline passes, all guest rooms in the BLET block will be returned to the Hilton for re-sale and the BLET will no longer be able to guarantee room availability. Additionally, rooms that may be available after that date cannot be booked with the BLET discounted regional meeting rate.
