Private terminal purchases nearby Talleyrand property from Norfolk Southern

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Keystone Terminals has acquired a 39.5-acre industrial waterfront parcel from Norfolk Southern Corp., according to Colliers International Northeast Florida, which brokered the $8 million sale. The property is at 1301 Wigmore St. in Talleyrand on the same street as Keystone’s base of Jacksonville operations. It will be incorporated into the company’s logistics services with access to the St. Johns River and an active Norfolk Southern rail line, officials said.
