Former BLE International President Dubroski becomes two-time Jefferson Award winner

CLARK, N.J. — In May, the State of New Jersey held the Jefferson Awards Ceremony for Public Service at the Trenton War Memorial. Clark resident Ed Dubroski was the proud recipient of New Jersey State Governor’s Jefferson Award for Leadership and Innovation. Now retired, Brother Dubroski served as International President of the BLE from 1999-2001. He received the award for creating and implementing the Brotherhood of Locomotive Safety Task Force, which works alongside the National Transportation Safety Board to investigate and determine the cause of train accidents throughout the United States.
