KCS chief marketing officer sells $1.5 million in company stock

NEW YORK — Kansas City Southern CMO Michael J. Naatz sold 11,837 shares of the business’s stock in a transaction on Tuesday, May 7. The shares were sold at an average price of $122.45, for a total transaction of $1,449,440.65. Following the completion of the sale, the chief marketing officer now directly owns 18,764 shares of the company’s stock, valued at $2,297,651.80.
