Governor promises things will be much better at NJ Transit in 2019

MONTCLAIR, N.J. — Gov. Phil Murphy and top state transportation officials are promising to make next year a better one for New Jersey Transit customers after struggling through a difficult first year running one of the nation’s largest mass-transit agencies. He said 2018 was spent “reversing years of neglect” as he announced initiatives to improve the “customer experience.”
