Sen. Manchin voices concerns about Amtrak decision to de-staff W.Va. ticket station

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., is calling on Amtrak President Richard Anderson to postpone plans to de-staff the Charleston station after June 6, saying he has “serious concerns” about criteria used in making the critical decision.
