NEW YORK — Actor T.J. Miller, best known for his role as the irrepressible software designer Erlich Bachman in the HBO comedy series “Silicon Valley,” was charged with phoning in a fake bomb threat while aboard an Amtrak train traveling through New Jersey, according to federal authorities.
