Two juveniles responsible for placing incendiary devices near MBTA tracks, causing brush fire

BOSTON — MBTA Transit Police detectives have identified two juveniles responsible for incendiary devices placed near train tracks in Concord, police said early Wednesday morning. The two devices were placed near the train tracks in Concord Tuesday, prompting a bomb squad response and major delays on the Commuter Rail. According to police, they initially responded for a brush fire. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two devices investigators referred to as incendiary, or capable of causing fires.
