ISIS supporter charged after plotting terror attack against Kansas City travel operations, including rail

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — A man has been charged in federal court for his role in making preparations to launch a terrorist attack against travel operations in Kansas City with people he believed were members of ISIS, but who were actually undercover law enforcement agents. Targets of the planned operation would include buses, trains and a train station in Kansas City, Mo.
