Editorial: Chattanooga-Atlanta bullet train can have ripple effect for region

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A proposed high-speed rail project between Chattanooga and Atlanta might not reach Knoxville directly for a long time to come, but one can bet the bullet train proposal will have some impact on our area, much like the building of the Volkswagen Plant in Chattanooga affects all of East Tennessee.
