Normal high-speed rail work rescheduled

NORMAL, Ill. — The Illinois Department of Transportation and Union Pacific Railroad are overseeing the work, which is necessary for trains capable of going 110 mph to travel through Bloomington-Normal starting next year. It's paid for with federal high-speed-rail money.
