Ten dead after test train derails in France

PARIS — At least ten people have died and 32 injured after a high-speed train derailed and plunged into a canal in France. The Paris-Strasbourg service was undergoing a trial when it crashed in Eckwersheim near the German border, local police and the national railway company said. Officials said the incident was not related to the terror attacks in Paris.
