Indiana in the midst of railroad construction boom

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Rising fuel costs have spurred a new rail road boom in Central Indiana. Indiana Rail Road, based in Indianapolis, recently rebuilt eight crossings on the Southside and plans to finish two more by August.
