Public asked to comment on plans for faster, more frequent trains from New York to upstate

NEW YORK -- People interested in faster, more reliable Amtrak train service from New York City to Albany and on to Niagara Falls – including stops in Yonkers and Croton-on-Hudson – can comment on planned improvements in New York on Wednesday. A regional transportation agency will host an open house on plans for the High Speed Rail Empire Corridor Program.
