High-speed rail from San Antonio to Monterrey on the horizon

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- A long-envisioned high-speed rail line between San Antonio and Monterrey, Mexico, could be a reality within 10 years, officials from Texas and the Mexican border state of Nuevo León said Thursday.
