U.S. transportation secretary gives Dallas-to-Houston high-speed rail a push

DALLAS -- During a speech in San Antonio Tuesday, U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx hopped all aboard a most familiar subject: a high-speed rail line linking Dallas-Fort Worth to Houston, which, if nothing else, will allow Dallas residents the chance to zip south for a decent deli at 200 miles per hour.
