Decision expected by end of month on shutting down Chicago rail liness during NATO

CHICAGO — Commuters getting a bit antsy about whether their ride to and from work will be disrupted during next month’s NATO Summit will get some answers by the end of the month, Metra said Wednesday. That’s when the U.S. Secret Service will announce finalized security plans, including whether rail lines that run beneath McCormick Place will be shut down during the May 20-21 summit.
