CSX CEO fighting high-speed rail

WASHINGTON, D.C. — According to Bloomberg, CSX CEO Michael Ward is opposed to raising speed limits on CSX tracks to accommodate passenger trains. He told Bloomberg that: "You can't make money hauling passengers, so why would I want to do that? That wouldn't be fair to my shareholders."
