In Florida, nearly half of Orange County voters confused about rail projects

ORLANDO, Fla. — According to a recent survey of voters in Orange County, Fla., a high percentage of voters are confused about the local SunRail project and the federally-backed high-speed rail project that Florida's governor killed earlier this year.
