China's prize high-speed rail line plagued by glitches

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Power failures, bad weather and train break downs have plagued the operations of China's highly-trumpeted high-speed rail line in recent days. The Wall Street Journal reports that the glitches have raised doubts about China's expertise in operating the high-speed trains.
