Public relations firm resigns from Calif. high-speed rail project

LOS ANGELES — Amid questions about its performance and billings, a public relations firm that won a $9 million contract to promote California's high-speed rail project has resigned. According to the Los Angeles Times, the firm stated that it had not developed a good working relationship with the California High-Speed Rail Authority.
