Sentencing set in Amtrak sabotage case

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A western New York woman faces sentencing for admitting she lied to investigators after someone tried to derail a passenger train traveling through the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation last summer.
Christine Seneca of Irving pleaded guilty in February. She's being sentenced Wednesday in federal court in Buffalo.
Her co-defendant, James Phillips, will be sentenced in August.
