Remote control job #391 (engine #1225) hit a standing cut of cars, job
#691. BLE member on engine #5554 was unable to brace himself prior to
impact and was thrown about the cab, sustaining injury. He was taken to
the hospital. BLE officers had previously reported the operator of
remote control job #391 to railroad management regarding the number of
safety concerns they had received about the RCO. The BLE members were
concerned that he was running "way too fast and reckless."
