ATDD

The ATDD and its active membership will be covered by the terms of the Unification Agreement and will be treated as a separate craft within the BLE when drafting the Constitution of the new organization. However, in conducting the ratification procedure the votes of the active ATDD members shall be counted separately. If a majority of the valid ballots cast are in favor of ratification then the ATDD and its membership shall be included in the new organization and subject to its governing documents. If, instead, a majority of the valid ballots cast by active ATDD members are against ratification, then the ATDD and its members shall be excluded from the new organization. In the latter event, ATDD will not be affiliated or have any relationship with the new organization. As described above, the votes of the active ATDD members will be counted separately from the votes of all the active BLE members and thus will have no effect on the question whether the active BLE members favor or oppose ratification of the Unification

Agreement or the Constitution of the new organization.

RCTC

The RCTC and its active membership will be covered by the terms of the Unification Agreement and will be treated as a separate craft within the BLE when drafting the Constitution of the new organization. However, in conducting the ratification procedure the votes of the active RCTC members shall be counted separately. If a majority of the valid ballots cast are in favor of ratification then the RCTC and its membership shall be included in the new organization and subject to its governing documents. If, instead, a majority of the valid ballots cast by active RCTC members are against ratification, then the RCTC and its members shall be excluded from the new organization. In the latter event, RCTC will not be affiliated or have any relationship with the new organization. As described above, the votes of the active RCTC members will be counted separately from the votes of all the active BLE members and thus will have no effect on the question whether the active BLE members favor or oppose ratification of the Unification Agreement or the Constitution of the new organization.
