NTSB recommends dozens of safety improvements in Paulsboro train derailment final report

PAULSBORO, N.J. — The National Transportation Safety Board released its full report Tuesday on the Nov. 30, 2012 Conrail train derailment and chemical release in the borough, including multiple recommendations regarding safety issues, training and qualifications for train crews and first responders.
