CSX Senior VP Mancini sells $1.2 million in stock

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — CSX Senior Vice President Lisa A. Mancini sold 40,000 shares of CSX stock in a transaction that occurred on Friday, July 18. The shares were sold at an average price of $30.91, for a total value of $1,236,400.00. Following the completion of the transaction, the senior vice president now directly owns 103,655 shares of the company’s stock, valued at approximately $3,203,976.
