Should taxpayer dollars fund coal/oil train projects?

SALEM, Ore. Should taxpayer money be used to improve infrastructure that would allow more coal and crude oil trains to run through Oregon? Dozens of people signed up to give their opinions about that to the Oregon Transportation Commission Thursday afternoon.
