In Paulsboro train derailment, defense wants plaintiff's press comments silenced

NEWARK, N.J. The law firm representing Conrail, Norfolk Southern Railway and CSX Transportation in class action lawsuits related to the November 2012 train derailment in Paulsboro has requested a federal judge issue an order preventing the plaintiff's attorney from discussing the case with reporters.
