CSX opposes high-speed rail on its New York tracks

ALBANY, N.Y. — CSX, the owner of certain rail line New York state officials hope to use for high-speed passenger trains, is strongly opposed to the plan and is calling it unsafe, bad for the environment and economically unsound.
