Records show 911 dispatchers mistook deadly Metro-North derailment for fire

NEW YORK New evidence revealed Thursday evening indicated that the problems with the New York City 911 system are worse than previously thought. Records released Thursday showed 911 dispatchers sent several fire trucks to the wrong location during the deadly train derailment in the Bronx in December.
