Patches of oil found by river during Lynchburg derailment recovery, cleanup

LYNCHBURG, Va. — While cleanup crews clipped burned tree branches and removed debris at the CSX crash site in downtown Lynchburg Tuesday, the city announced limited access to Concord Turnpike, and patches of oil were found beside the river.
