New president says Metro-North gaining on goals

WESTPORT, Conn. -- Metro-North President Joseph Giulietti told commuters Thursday that he couldn't say when the railroad would regain the consistency riders experienced in early 2013, before track maintenance and other issues hobbled the New Haven Line.
