Missouri bill seeks to limit where rail lawsuits can be filed

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- After a lawsuit filed against Kansas City Southern Railway alleged lax safety practices resulted in the deaths of seven people, Rep. Lincoln Hough is pushing legislation that would restrict where future lawsuits against the company can be filed.
