Oregon governor orders top-to-bottom review of state's oil train safety

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber has ordered a top-to-bottom assessment of state rail safety and oil spill responsiveness, a preliminary step in addressing risks posed by trains already carrying millions of gallons of volatile crude oil through the state.
