BISMARCK, N.D. -- One of the unexpected consequences of shipping larger and larger volumes of sweet Bakken crude from North Dakota has been delayed passenger service in Seattle, St. Paul and Chicago, as well as forcing farmers to wait three weeks or more for cars to haul grain or processed sugar beets.
