Canada's rail safety agency to urge heightened scrutiny of crude routes after Lac-Megantic

TORONTO and OTTAWA -- The federal transport safety agency will recommend heightened scrutiny of railway routes in response to the explosion at Lac-Mégantic, Que., raising the possibility of diverting oil trains to safer lines.
