Calls raised for controls on trains carrying crude oil

PITTSBURGH, Pa. -- Saying a disaster was narrowly averted when a train carrying crude oil derailed in Philadelphia on Monday, several groups and a candidate for governor are calling for tighter controls or an outright stop to the shipments.
