Rail cars in North Dakota crude train crash older, less safe

FARGO, N.D. The railcars carrying crude oil that crashed into a derailed grain train in North Dakota on Monday were all older types that do not meet the latest industry safety standards, a member of the National Transportation Safety Board said on Tuesday.
