Tri-Rail moving ahead with Positive Train Control

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Tri-Rail is moving forward with Positive Train Control (PTC), a sophisticated collision avoidance system designed prevent a catastrophe due to human error. But it's unclear whether it will be ready by a federally-mandated deadline in two years.
