Study from Indiana DOT outlines Amtrak options

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — A state study released Thursday offers ways Indiana can improve Amtrak’s Indianapolis-to-Chicago serv­ice while reducing the tax money needed to keep it running after federal funding ends next week.
