Oil trains rumble into Philly, bringing Dakota crude oil, new jobs and safety concerns

PHILADELPHIA Philadelphia is at the center of a new industrial boom. A visible sign of that are the long trains snaking through the city, bringing crude oil from North Dakota to the city's revived refineries. The trains mean jobs, but they also might mean risk. They're the same type of train that derailed in Canada last July, leaving 47 people dead.
