Lawyer seeks another day in court to fight CSX expansion in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — An attorney representing residents who sued the city for allowing planned railroad expansion in southwest Birmingham is asking a Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge to give him a second chance to make arguments against the city's action.
