Union Pacific says it met all legal requirements to name third parties

MIDLAND, Texas — Union Pacific responded to the Nov. 15, 2012, train wreck victims’ objection to naming the city of Midland and Midland County as responsible third parties Thursday, saying it has met all the legal requirements to properly name the city and county as such.
